As the founder and Managing Director of Fodder Link, Cameron brings hands-on experience from breeding, backgrounding and feedlotting programs, combined with strong trading knowhow in rural commodities. This mix of skills means he knows how to work alongside growers, buyers and carriers to deliver the best outcomes for everyone.

At the heart of it all, Cameron simply loves feeding cattle and that passion is what drives him to lead a team that genuinely cares about buyers, suppliers, carriers, and the animals we feed.

Rachel is a Managing Partner of Fodder Link, working hand in hand with Cameron to help run the family business Fodder Link and support both our growers and customers. She plays a key role in building relationships, finding the right products for livestock needs, and driving new projects that strengthen the business.

Rachel’s professional experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager taught her how to manage multiple projects and deliver positive outcomes for clients. Those skills now shine at Fodder Link, where her friendly approach, strong communication, and “can do” attitude are highly valued.

Oliver joined Fodder Link in early 2022 as our National Commodities Specialist.

Born and raised on his family’s dairy farm at Irrewillipe in southwest Victoria, Oliver has lived and breathed agriculture from a young age. From managing 650+ stud Jersey cows to running beef operations and intensive cropping systems, he brings a wealth of hands-on experience in both livestock nutrition and agronomy.

Highly regarded in the dairy and wider ag industry, Oliver understands farming from a grower’s perspective and appreciates the dedication it takes to manage intensive beef and dairy systems. His real strength lies in building strong relationships, working closely with our valued growers and customers.

Randal is our Northern Australia Business Development Manager, and he wears a few important hats here at Fodder Link. From running our milling operations to carrying out inspections and supporting sales, Randal is at the front line helping growers and customers across the north.

With a strong background in the pastoral and feedlot sector, Randal knows the challenges of the industry and the satisfaction that comes from seeing hard work pay off. He brings a wealth of practical knowledge and a down-to-earth approach that makes him a great asset to both our team and the producers we work alongside.

Randal is passionate about building strong relationships and making sure growers and buyers have the right feed solutions in place — whether that’s sourcing, milling, or getting the logistics just right.

Jacquie is our Financial Controller, keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes by managing all things accounts. She joined Fodder Link in 2021 and quickly became an integral part of our business.

With over 20 years of experience in accounting, Jacquie has worked with well-known companies including VicRoads, Russell Corp Sherrin & Spalding, Electrolux, Sleepmaker and PFD Foods. Her expertise in streamlining processes, saving time and costs, and making accounting easier for everyone (even the non-accountants!) makes her a huge asset to our team.

Harsha joined us in 2025 as our Feed Testing Lab Development Officer, bringing strong academic knowledge to the role. With a Master’s degree in Agricultural Science from the University of Southern Queensland, Harsha has hands-on expertise in plant research, laboratory work, and feed quality testing.

Here at Fodder Link Harsha focuses on the accurate testing of hay, silage, and fodder samples — ensuring our growers and buyers can trust the nutritional results behind every load.

Harsha combines science with a practical approach, generating results to assist producers make informed feeding decisions that support animal health and performance.
